How to Build Self Confidence.
Since you’re reading this I’m assuming you already know the definition of self confidence and you just want easy ways to help build self confidence.
Self confidence is determined upon how you feel about yourself so your #1 aim is to make yourself feel great! You can do this in a variety of ways:
Way #1: Pat yourself on the back when you do something good. Literally. Reach around and pat yourself on the back. This acknowledges when you do something good – big or small – and makes you feel as though your actions DO make positive changes in your life. THIS boosts your self confidence.
Way #2 of how to build self confidence: Give yourself an amazing powerful MANTRA to say many times during the day. Take a few minutes or even a few hours to write up 1 sentence that makes you feel amazing and powerful. Something like, “I’m amazing and create my life as I desire!” or “I know I’m worthy and can accomplish anything I want” and so on. You can change your personal mantra whenever it suits you so that it really juices up your positivity vibes. Make sure you say it at least 10 times throughout the day either out loud or in your mind. AND, say it with a big grin on your face!
Way #3 of how to build self confidence: One really good self improvement tool that helps to build self confidence is to write a letter from your future self to your current self. The idea is to imagine yourself in 10 years time and tell yourself (now) what you did, actions you took for self improvement, what you learned, how you grew and the amazing changes that took place that make you and your life great. Of course, you may be limited to your current life experiences – but try to think outside the box as if you were writing a novel of your life. Remember to start the letter with “DEAR _________(your name)”.
